Vinification
The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes is clarified after brief contact with the skins at low temperature (cryo-maceration). In special steel tanks, the clear must ferments at a controlled temperature, matures in barriques for about 10 months and 8 months in bottles.
Colour
Straw yellow with gold highlights.
Bouquet
Fragrant on the nose with a good balance, sweet notes of white fruit, hazelnut and intense and persistent floral notes that evolve pleasantly.
Taste
Fresh and harmonic, dry and long- lingering.

FOOD PAIRING
It goes well with all fish based courses – like Abruzzo brodetto –and is perfect with white meat, mild and half seasoned cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
