Taste

Very fresh thanks to its good acidity, cherry fruity hints with an almond finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Excellent with fish soups, red mullet, first courses with tomato, white meat, cheese, It goes well also with pizza. Taste is enhanced with shellfish and shrimps.
